Bay Opera of Shenzhen is invested and built by OCT Group and officially opened in September 2021. Its operation team is jointly established by CPAA Theaters, a subsidiary of CAEG, which is under Bauhinia Culture Group, a large and comprehensive central cultural enterprise, and Shenzhen OCT Binhai Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shenzhen OCT Western Investment Co., Ltd., which is a subsidiary of OCT Group. It covers an area of 20,660 m2, with a total construction area of 39,577 m2. As an international, innovative and professional comprehensive performing arts hall in the Greater Bay Area, it is the only performing arts venue in Shenzhen that can meet the requirements of international large-scale opera performances and has the highest standards of comprehensive facilities and equipment.
